  MK系列工业冷油机适用于数控机床，座标镗床，磨床、加工中心、组合机床及各种精密机床的主轴润滑油和液压传动媒介的冷却，能精确的控制循环介质温度，能够有效避免加工过程中，由于循环介质温度过高导致的加工工件热变形，进而影响加工精度。美科工业冷油机是利用冷媒的蒸发吸热原理进行冷却工作的，机组主要由制冷系统，介质循环系统，电气控制系统三部分组成，油泵从机床液箱抽取介质至制冷系统蒸发器中进行热交换处理，冷却后的介质再经冷油机管路回到机床介质箱中，通过连续循环工作，使整个机床的循环介质保持在合理的温度区间，从而满足生产加工工艺需求。

It can accurately control the temperature of the circulating medium, effectively avoiding thermal deformation of the workpiece caused by excessive temperature of the circulating medium during the processing process, thereby affecting the processing accuracy. The Meike Industrial Oil Cooler uses the principle of evaporation and heat absorption of refrigerant for cooling. The unit is mainly composed of three parts: a refrigeration system, a medium circulation system, and an electrical control system. The oil pump extracts the medium from the machine tool liquid tank to the evaporator of the refrigeration system for heat exchange treatment. The cooled medium is then returned to the machine tool medium tank through the oil cooler pipeline, and is operated through continuous circulation, Keep the circulating medium of the entire machine tool at a reasonable temperature range to meet the production and processing process requirements.
